Engineering systems
theSIVUCH
Engineering contract interpretation, explainable planning and traceable verification in one system architecture.
Architecture proposalOverview
theSIVUCH is the operational system architecture that connects engineering contracts with system information, decisions and verification. Its design brings interpretation, planning and controlled changes together around a shared core, with explainable results and human authorization.
System capabilities
Contract compilation
Typed representations of engineering obligations, target information and accepted MORSKOY contracts.
Explainable resolution
Applicable obligations connected to their source rules, input facts and reasoning paths.
Decision analysis
Missing information, conflicting evidence and alternative paths made explicit before a technical decision.
History and reproducibility
Pinned dependencies and system snapshots for historical replay and dependency-aware invalidation.
Observation adapters
Structured inputs from supported technical sources, keeping observations, assertions and inferences distinct.
Drift and impact analysis
Comparison of intended and observed states, with dependency-aware assessment of proposed changes.
Planning and independent verification
Bounded change plans with preconditions, expected effects and a separate correctness check.
Controlled execution and recovery
Explicitly authorized operations, execution journals and reconciliation when an outcome is uncertain.
Evidence management
Verification results, coverage and source attribution, with stale evidence identified when inputs change.
Suite and developer interfaces
A planned shared core for CLI, SDK, API, Suite and constrained AI clients, keeping the same engineering semantics across interfaces.
Development stage
Architecture and capability design. The features above define the intended system; implementation, qualification and public availability are future milestones.
Relationship to WLV
A WLV-Core engineering foundation initiative, designed to work with MORSKOY contracts.
Public availability
